Jeremy Ches, Esq.

Jeremy Ches is an Assistant General Counsel with Florida Blue and helps manage the company’s litigation docket. Jeremy previously maintained a commercial litigation practice with the law firm of Holland & Knight, LLP, where he represented clients in both state and federal courts. He is licensed to practice law in New York as well as Florida. Jeremy is also Chair of the Make-A-Wish Foundation North Florida Region, and a member of the Chester Bedell Inn of Court.


Laura Renstrom, Esq.

Laura Renstrom is an attorney at Holland & Knight LLP, focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation. Laura previously clerked for the Honorable Richard C. Tallman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Peggy Miller, Esq.

Peggy Miller is the career law clerk to the Honorable Marcia Morales Howard. In addition to clerking for Judge Howard, Peggy has completed short-term clerkships for the Honorable Monte C. Richardson, the Honorable Joel B. Toomey, and the Honorable Timothy J. Corrigan.

Laura Lothman Lambert, Esq.

Laura Lothman Lambert serves as a United States Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.  She received her undergraduate degree in English Literature from Davidson College. Judge Lambert graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida College of Law in 2008. Upon graduating from law school, Judge Lambert spent several years as a law clerk, first to the Honorable Harvey E. Schlesinger of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and then the Honorable Phyllis A. Kravitch of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. After her clerkships, Judge Lambert joined the Department of Justice through the Attorney General’s Honors Program as a trial attorney in the Constitutional Torts Section of the Civil Division in Washington, D.C.  Judge Lambert then returned to Jacksonville to practice as an Assistant United States Attorney. Prior to her appointment as a federal magistrate judge, she was the Director of the Juvenile Division at the State Attorney’s Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit.


Joni A. Poitier, Esq.

Joni A. Poitier is a partner at the law firm of Moseley, Prichard, Parrish, Knight & Jones. Joni initially joined the firm as an associate and was named a partner in January of 2018. Her current practice focuses on personal injury, product liability, maritime and railroad defense and labor and employment matters. Before her association with the firm, Joni was an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney, Fourth Judicial Circuit.


Lauren Purdy, Esq.

Lauren Purdy is a shareholder with Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A. where she practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, professional liability defense and appeals in both state and federal courts. Before entering private practice, Lauren clerked for the Honorable Joel F. Dubina of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Honorable Robert L. Hinkle of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.

Timothy Danninger, Esq.

Tim Danninger practices with the law firm of Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, PA. Tim concentrates his practice on commercial litigation and has handled a a wide variety of litigation matters in both state and federal courts. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona as well as Florida.
