Induction Ceremony for the Swearing in of New Lawyers to the Florida Bar

The Jacksonville Federal Court Bar Association is hosting an induction ceremony for the swearing in of new lawyers to The Florida Bar. The ceremony will be held in the ceremonial courtroom on the 13th floor of the Bryan Simpson United States Courthouse in Jacksonville. Several of the federal judges in the Jacksonville Division of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida will preside over the ceremony.

Friends, family, and colleagues of the new lawyers are welcome to attend. A small reception will follow the ceremony thanks to funding from the lawyers and judges of the Middle District of Florida through the Middle District of Florida’s Bench Bar Fund.

We recognize that bar results are still pending, but please let us know whether you plan to attend if cleared for admission so that we may plan accordingly. We ask that you register no later than September 21, 2026.
