Demystifying Federal Criminal Defense: Criminal Justice Act (CJA) appointments and practice

Please join us at the Bryan Simpson United States Courthouse on October 8, 2026, for an informative discussion about CJA panel service in the Middle District of Florida and the important role CJA attorneys play in representing indigent individuals in federal criminal proceedings. Members of the federal judiciary, representatives from the Office of the Federal Defender, practicing CJA attorneys, and members of the Clerk’s Office will be in attendance.
