Collette Cunningham is an Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Florida. Collette previously clerked for the Honorable Michael S. Kanne, United States Circuit Judge, Seventh Circuit. She serves as a member of the Grievance Committee for the Jacksonville Division of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She also is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and a former member of the Chester Bedell Inn of Court.

He is licensed to practice law in New York as well as Florida. Jeremy is also Chair of the Make-A-Wish Foundation North Florida Region, and a member of the Chester Bedell Inn of Court.

Richardson, the Honorable Joel B. Toomey, and the Honorable Timothy J. Corrigan. Peggy was the Chair of the 2018 Nimmons Federal Practice Seminar.
