Bryan Simpson U.S. Courthouse, 9th Floor Conference Room

Welcome to federal court! The Summer Series is designed for law students working in Jacksonville and nearby areas. The goal is to bring to life much of what is studied in law school. Information about all eight events is available here.
Are you interested in clerking after law school? Over breakfast, current and former law clerks will explain what law clerks do, describe the different types of clerkships, explain how being a law clerk opens doors for future opportunities, share strategies for getting a clerkship, provide insight on how to be a great law clerk, and answer questions. Coffee, bagels, and doughnuts will be provided at no cost.
This event is limited to 40 students. Please RSVP by using the below form.
If you have questions regarding this event, you are welcome to email Mary Margaret Giannini at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also, a few reminders: All Summer Series events are free. All events require business attire. You must have a valid i.d. to enter the courthouse. Each event requires a reservation, spaces are limited, and most events “sell out.” Be mindful that if you make a reservation, a seat will be saved for you and food will be bought for you. If you cannot attend, immediately contact Katharine Roth at (904) 549-1950 so your seat can be given to someone else.
Thank you and we look forward to having you join us!
