Summer Series: Oral Arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit

Come observe oral arguments on several cases pending before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Seating is first-come, first-served. Arrive early to ensure you have a seat. (Arguments will take place at the Bryan Simpson U.S. Courthouse, 13th floor, beginning at 9:00 am.) Lunch will be provided—joined by an Eleventh Circuit judge or practitioner—in the ninth-floor conference room following the oral arguments. Space is limited to 20 people.

Reminders for every Summer Series event: Please arrive early to allow time for security screenings. Bring your driver’s license or other government-issued identification. The Court has granted a special exception to its no-electronics policy for these events, but all devices must be completely off in the courtrooms. The federal courthouse does not have dedicated parking. Metered street parking and paid garages are available near the courthouse.
