Please join us for a virtual lunch presentation by Rachel V. Rose on August 12, 2020 from noon to 1:00 p.m.  Rachel V. Rose, JD, MBA is a Principal with Rachel V. Rose – Attorney at Law, P.L.L.C. in Houston, Texas.  Ms. Rose has a unique background, having worked in many different facets of healthcare, securities and international law and business throughout her career.  Ms. Rose will engage in a timely discussion about the balance between individual rights and public health during a government mandated quarantine; HIPAA compliance and the parameters of disclosing a coronavirus diagnosis; and force majeure contractual clauses and potential interpretations during a pandemic.  Prior to the luncheon, you will receive a Zoom invitation for the event with instructions on how to participate.  Florida Bar CLE credit (1.0 hour) pending.
